Spiritual Direction

Discover the unique ways in which God’s loving heart speaks to yours. In one-on-one sessions, the spiritual director provides prayerful and attentive listening, with gentle questions designed to help the directee explore God’s loving activity in his or her life.

The assumption is that the directee is already seeking God in prayer, though spiritual direction can also provide support for those who are new to prayer and seek accompaniment on their journey. Sessions are 45 minutes long, and may take place in-person or virtually. Please call or email Denise for more information.
